Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services. By subscribing to White Label WP services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, which involve ongoing efforts, access to proprietary tools, and allocation of resources upon subscription, all fees paid for White Label WP services are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

2. Exceptions to Our General Policy

While our general policy is non-refundable, we offer the following exceptions:

a. Initial 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Clients Only)

For new clients subscribing to any White Label WP maintenance plan for the first time, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.

If, within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to the first payment for a new service and does not apply to renewals or subsequent service periods.

To be eligible for this refund, you must:

  • Be a new client to White Label WP.
  • Submit your refund request in writing via email to outreach@whitelabelwp.io within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
  • Provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction (this helps us improve our services).

Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow [e.g., 5-10] business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

b. Service Non-Delivery / Unresolved Critical Issues

In the unlikely event that White Label WP is demonstrably unable to deliver the core services as described in your chosen plan due to our fault, and a critical issue on your website, directly attributable to our service, remains unresolved despite reasonable efforts from our support team, we may consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing with clear documentation of the issue.

c. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or an unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter promptly and issue a refund for any confirmed unauthorized charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your White Label WP subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Monthly Plans: You can cancel your monthly subscription before your next billing date. Your service will continue until the end of your current paid monthly cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month. No refunds will be issued for the current or any past partial month of service.
  • Annual Plans: You can cancel your annual subscription before your next annual renewal date. Your service will continue until the end of your current paid annual cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current annual term.
