Exerto, an online fitness platform featuring personalized home workout video tutorials, was built using front-end technologies like HTML, JS, and CSS, and back-end technologies like WordPress and PHP.
Challenge
Our client required a unique Video-First Membership System integrated with WooCommerce to deliver content based on user subscription and membership status. Existing CMS platforms did not meet the specific requirements, necessitating a custom solution. Ensuring a seamless user experience was a priority, particularly for users accessing the site while exercising. The challenge was to optimise the site for speed and ease of access without compromising on UX.
Our Approach
We designed a clean and attractive professional WooCommerce website taking into account client requirements on membership and user friendly. A bespoke plugin was chosen to avoid a host of features that come with existing plugins, which were not required for the system. For secure and seamless transactions, we seamlessly integrated the powerful Payex payment gateway as the preferred payment solution.
